The fully automatic tire recycling production line is high performance, heavy duty tire recycling line,which is designed for recycling of car, truck and OTR tires.

The tire recycling production lines are ideal for the production of clean rubber crumb and the separation of steel wire and textiles.

Using normal temperature and non-chemical processing technology, the tire  recycling lines are cost effective and don’t create secondary pollution. The heavy duty shredders utilized in these systems are capable of shredding whole tires including the thick steel reinforcing bead wires enabling fully automatic operation.

Our tire recycling production lines are intended for customers who require high capacity, tire recycling systems with a capacity between 800-8,000kg/h.


 A typical fully automatic tire recycling production line would include the following major components:

 1. Infeed Conveyor – heavy duty, steel belt conveyor feeds the whole tires to the shredder;

 2. Primary Twin Shaft Shredder – shears the tires into strips;

 3. Conveyor – transport the tire strips to the secondary shredder;

 4. Secondary Twin Shaft Shredder – shears the strips into smaller and more uniform sized tire chips,like 50mm by 50mm;

 5. Recirculation System – to control the size of the tire chips going to the Raspers,protecting the rasper from overloading;

 6. Raspers - reduces the tire chips into 10-30mm rubber granule and liberates steel wire from the rubber;

 7. Overbelt Magnet – separation of liberated steel wire from the rubber chips;

 8. Vibratory Feeder – transports the rubber granules and separating into different sizes;

 9. Conveyor Belt– transports the rubber granule; 

10. Granulator – size reduction of the rubber granule to 2.5-5mm granules and liberates the textile fraction to allow separation;

11. Vibratory Screen – sorts the granules by size and removes the majority of textile;

12. Zig-Zag Classifier – removal of remaining textile floss;

13. Drum magnet – removal of remaining steel wire fines;

 14. Big-Bag Station;

 15. Central De-dusting Unit – removes dust and fines from the system and filters the air before returning it to the atmosphere;

16. Fully automatic PLC controlling  system;


The correct combination and sizing of the above listed equipments will provide a reliable, efficient tire recycling production line that will produce a high quality rubber granule, clean textile and steel wire ideal for sale, or for use in further processing;


Prior to delivery from our facility, all our tire recycling production lines are set up and tested under “real world” conditions to ensure the plant capacity and quality of the finished products are guaranteed.
